Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.
General shipping policy;
Free shipping over USD $150 in North America.
Discount shipping for over $250 USD on international orders.
Shipment processing time;
All orders are processed within 2-5 business days unless listed as a preorder (estimated time given in product listing).
Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email.
Shipping methods;
Orders will receive a tracking number via email. Usual transit time is estimated to take 2-5 business days for North America.
Small stationery items will be sent via letter mail through non-tracked postage with a transit time of 2-8 business days.
* Overnight delivery is only available for Canada. Contact for overnight shipping updates or if you require your order for specific time.
* We do not offer rushed shipping for customers who are moving or leaving the address on file. Please provide an alternative address at checkout.
Shipping rates;
Standard shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Customs, duties and taxes;
We are not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
Damages;
We are not liable for any product damages or lost tracked parcels during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.
Please take pictures, save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim to the respective shipping company.
